Abejas topped Libertadores to take 3-2 lead. Abejas outrebounded Libertadores 39-27 including 28 on the defensive glass. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Michael Smith (193-1995, college: CBU) stepped up and scored 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and forward Tre McLean (197-1993, college: Chattanooga) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. American forward Nick King (201-1995, college: MTSU) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds and international point guard Moises Andriassi (185-2000) added 19 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Soles.

The best player for the winners was naturalized American Durrell Summers (196-1989, college: Michigan St.) who scored 22 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals. American swingman Jordan Williams (198-1992, college: N.Texas) chipped in 23 points and 6 rebounds.
