LBE Round 6: Dorados beat Apaches by two after a very close game

Dorados is looking forward to face bottom-ranked Mineros (#6) in Parral in the next round where they are favorite. Apaches will play on the road against Indomables in Ciudad Juarez and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Indomables maintains third position with 5-5 record having five points less than leader Toros. Loser Apaches keep the fourth place with six games lost. Indomables will again meet at home Apaches (#4) in the next round. Apaches will play against Mineros in Parral and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 6: Indios were beaten by Apaches on the road 119-103. Indomables CJ destroyed Mineros on its own court 132-94. Toros outscored Mineros in Nuevo Laredo 109-74.



Apaches - Indios 119-103

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Apaches' (4-6) home victory over 5th ranked Ciudad (3-6) in Chihuahua 119-103 on Thursday. Apaches maintains fourth position with 4-6 record. Loser Ciudad keeps the fifth place with six games lost. Apaches will meet higher ranked Indomables (#3) in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Ciudad will play against the league's leader Toros in Nuevo Laredo and hope to secure a win.

Indomables CJ - Mineros 132-94

Rather expected game when 6th ranked Mineros (1-10) were smashed by third ranked Indomables (5-5) in Ciudad Juarez 132-94 on Friday. Indomables maintains third position with 5-5 record having five points less than leader Toros. Mineros lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with ten games lost. Indomables will meet at home Apaches (#4) in the next round. Mineros will play against the league's second-placed Dorados in Chihuahua and hope to win that game.
