Tijuana Zonkeys dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Venados' 22. The game was dominated by American players. The best player for the winners was Anthony Young (200-1989, college: KWC) who scored 26 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Joshua Webster (190-1997, college: Missouri St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 14 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Jeff Ledbetter (191-1988, college: Idaho, agency: Slash Sports) who recorded 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and power forward Alex Kaye Williams (203-1993) added 14 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Five Tijuana Zonkeys and four Venados players scored in double figures. Venados' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
