Avry Holmes (ex Panteras) agreed terms with Libertadores

Libertadores de Queretaro (LNBP) inked 29-year old American 185cm guard Avry Holmes (college: Clemson) for upcoming season. Holmes played this summer at Panteras in Venezuelan SPB league. In 29 games just recently he recorded very impressive stats: 16.8ppg, 2.4rpg, 3.9apg and 1.1spg. Great season indeed as he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan SPB Honorable Mention.
In 2017 he was drafted by Santa Cruz Warriors (G-League) in third round (66th overall).
The former Clemson University star is in his seventh season in pro basketball.
He is a very experienced player. Holmes has played also professionally in Greece, Uruguay (Aguada), Mexico (Aaguacateros, Halcones UV Xalapa, Soles and Astros) and The Basketball Tournament (Power of the Paw). His team made it to the Mexican LNBP Semifinals in 2019 and 2020. He selected toCentral Valley Player of the Year back in 2011 and 2012. Holmes played also for University of San Francisco for 2 years.
