Abejas - Santos 89-77

Abejas dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Santos' 30. Abejas players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. American forward Wayne Langston (200-1993, college: Murray St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and his fellow American import Markeith Cummings (198-1988, college: KSU) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds. Four Abejas players scored in double figures. At the losing side Puerto Rican forward Josue Erazo (203-1995, college: PR-Rio Piedras) responded with 19 points and 6 rebounds and American-Puerto Rican point guard Tjader Fernandez (178-1994) scored 19 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Fuerza Regia outrebounded Halcones UV Xalapa 41-28 including 27 on the defensive glass. American Shonn Miller (201-1993, college: UConn) nailed 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and the former international point guard Paul Stoll (180-1985) accounted for 14 points and 5 rebounds. Four Fuerza Regia players scored in double figures. Fuerza Regia's coach used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. American power forward Justin Keenan (202-1989, college: Ferris St.) came up with 16 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import forward Cameron Clark (201-1991, college: Oklahoma, agency: Slash Sports) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Halcones UV Xalapa in the defeat.

Astros dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Plateros' 32. Astros shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. American forward Jordan Loveridge (198-1993, college: Utah) nailed 16 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import point guard Jerime Anderson (188-1989, college: UCLA) accounted for 15 points and 5 assists. The former international center Joshua Ibarra (211-1995, college: HCU) came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds and Puerto Rican swingman David Huertas (196-1987, college: Ole Miss) added 17 points respectively for Plateros in the defeat. Five Astros and four Plateros players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest.

Panteras shot the lights out from three sinking 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Tyquan Rolon (192-1995, college: LeMoyne) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 4 assists. Puerto Rican forward Christian Negron (201-1998, college: GVSU) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners. Four Panteras players scored in double figures. American guard Avry Holmes (185-1994, college: Clemson) answered with 13 points and 5 assists and the other American import guard Branden Frazier (191-1992, college: Fordham) added 12 points in the effort for Libertadores. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
