Toros lost fourth consecutive game. Defending champion dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. Pioneros are looking forward to face league's second-placed Dorados in Chihuahua in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Toros will play at home against the league's leader Apaches and are hoping to win this game.
An interesting game for Apaches (6-1) which hosted in Chihuahua their biggest opponent Indomables (5-3). First ranked Apaches managed to get a 4-point victory 139-135. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Indomables. Apaches maintains first place with 6-1 record. Indomables at the other side dropped to the third position with three games lost. Apaches will play against Toros (#5) in Nuevo Laredo in the next round. Indomables' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Ciudad Juarez Indios.
The game in Ciudad Juarez was also quite interesting. Third ranked Dorados (6-2) played at the court of 6th ranked Ciudad (1-6). Dorados managed to secure a 7-point victory 121-114 on Friday.
