LBE Round 8 (Regular Season): Dorados keep a leadership position

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Dorados as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Dorados defeated 4th ranked Pioneros in Chihuahua 117-113. Dorados have a solid three-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Pioneros at the other side keep the fourth place with six games lost. Pioneros will play next round against strong Indomables trying to get back on the winning streak. Dorados will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked Toros in Nuevo Laredo.
Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Ciudad Juarez: Ciudad (#6) and Indomables (#3). Indomables were defeated at home 118-124 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Ciudad (2-6) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Toros. Indomables at the other side keep the third position with four games lost. Indios will play against league's second-placed Apaches in Chihuahua in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Indomables will play at home against Pioneros and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
