LBE Round 13 (Regular Season): Derby game ends with Indomables' defeat of Indios

The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Ciudad Juarez: Indomables (#3) and Ciudad (#6). Ciudad was defeated at home 140-144 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Indomables maintains third place with 8-6 record having just three points less than leader Dorados. Indios lost sixth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost.
Very important is a road loss of second ranked Apaches (9-5) against fifth ranked Pioneros (6-8) on Saturday night. Visiting Apaches were defeated by Pioneros in Delicias 96-82. Pioneros moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Toros. Apaches at the other side keep the second position with five games lost.
An interesting game for Dorados (11-3) which hosted in Chihuahua 4th placed Toros (6-8). First ranked Dorados managed to get a 11-point victory 117-106. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Toros. Dorados have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 11-3 record. Defending champion Toros keep the fourth position with eight games lost. They share it with Pioneros.
