26 personal fouls committed by Rayos de Hermosillo helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for American forward Tony Farmer (201-1994, college: Lee JC) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 42 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Tomas Nuno (196, college: CMU) contributed with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American forward AJ John (202-1996, college: UC Davis, agency: MSG) answered with 23 points and 8 rebounds and the former international forward Jorge Camacho (203-1989, college: EKU) added 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Rayos de Hermosillo. Four Rayos de Hermosillo players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Guaymas - Tijuana 92-102

Tijuana Zonkeys outrebounded Ostioneros de Guaymas 39-28 including 25 on the defensive glass. American players dominated the game. It was a great evening for forward Brandon McCoy (213-1998, college: UNLV) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds. Swingman Cameron Mitchell (195-1992, college: IU Southeast) helped adding 27 points. The best for the losing side was guard Markel Crawford (196-1994, college: Ole Miss) with 22 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Wesley Saunders (196-1993, college: Harvard) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. Five Tijuana Zonkeys and four Ostioneros de Guaymas players scored in double figures.

Astros looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for British center Kavell Bigby-Williams (211-1995, college: LSU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. American Demitrius Conger (196-1990, college: St.Bonaventure) accounted for 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. American Jared Wilson-Frame (196-1996, college: Pittsburgh, agency: Interperformances) came up with 33 points (!!!) and 5 assists and the other American import guard Amauri Hardy (188-1998, college: Oregon) added 23 points and 8 assists respectively for Pioneros Los Mochis in the defeat. Four Pioneros Los Mochis players scored in double figures.

It was an exceptional evening for guard Jeff Ledbetter (191-1988, college: Idaho, agency: Slash Sports) who led the winners and scored 31 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists (went 11 for 11 at the free throw line !!!). Forward Terrence Thompson (203-1994, college: Wake Forest) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Guard AJ Banks (188-1997, college: Wyoming) came up with 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and swingman Will Yoakum (196-1998, college: Nova SE) added 18 points respectively for Angeles in the defeat. Four Venados and five Angeles players scored in double figures. Angeles' coach Gustavo Quintero rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
