Halcones de Ciudad Obregon made 26-of-28 free shots (92.9 percent) during the game. Halcones de Ciudad Obregon outrebounded Rayos de Hermosillo 35-21 including 24 on the defensive glass. American forward Tony Farmer (201-1994, college: Lee JC) orchestrated the victory by scoring 19 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international Jose Estrada (190-1994) contributed with 25 points and 6 rebounds (was perfect 13-for-13 from the free throw line !!!) for the winners. Guard Markel Crawford (196-1994, college: Ole Miss) responded with 26 points and forward Cullen Russo (206-1994, college: Fresno St.) scored 23 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Demitrius Conger (196-1990, college: St.Bonaventure) nailed 19 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and forward Jordan Loveridge (198-1993, college: Utah) accounted for 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Five Astros players scored in double figures. Jared Wilson-Frame (196-1996, college: Pittsburgh, agency: Interperformances) came up with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and center Myles Carter (206-1997, college: Seattle, agency: Worldwide SM) added 20 points and 14 rebounds respectively for Pioneros Los Mochis in the defeat.
