Deshawndre Washington was the second top scorer in the whole world yesterday having an unbelievable 39 points in his last game in the Halcones Rojos

39 points scored by American guard Deshawndre Washington (201-G, college: NM State) gave him the award of second highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team the Halcones Rojos beat the Lobos BUAP 96 to 89. On top of that he also recorded 5 rebounds and 8 assists that evening.
He won the ABA championship title earlier this year.
Among many awards he was selected to the All-Panhandle Conference Player of the Year in 2022 during his college time. He was also selected to the All-Panhandle Conference First Team in 2022. Washington was selected to the NJCAA D2 All-Tournament Team back in 2021.
He was awarded Player of the Week in the Mexican LNBP.
