34-year old American forward Ryan Pearson (198-F-1990, agency: Inception Sports) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Soles de Mexicali and receives a Hoops Agents LNBP Player of the Week award for round 28.
He had the game-high 22 points adding four rebounds and nine assists for Soles in his team's victory, helping them to beat Correcaminos (#15, 5-17) 96-83. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Soles maintains the 9th position in Mexican LNBP. Soles is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 11-11 record. In the team's last game Pearson had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Ryan Pearson averages this season 10.7ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Terry Larrier (203-F-1995) of Santos de San Luis Potosi. He is American forward in his first season at Santos. In the last game Larrier recorded an impressive 27 points and 9 rebounds. It was enough for Santos to edge the lower-ranked Mineros (#12, 9-13) by 5 points 87-82. Santos' 8th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 12-10 record is not bad and everything may still change. Larrier is a newcomer at Santos and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Davon Jefferson (203-F-1986) of Halcones Rojos de Veracruz (#10). Jefferson scored 15 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. He was a key player of Halcones Rojos, leading his team to a 67-56 win against Freseras (9-13). The chances of Halc.Rojos ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 13 games, recording just nine victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Jefferson could help Halc.Rojos to bring them higher in the standings. Jefferson has a very solid season. In 4 games in Mexico he scored 8.3ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Deion McClenton (208-C) of Plateros - 17 points and 8 rebounds
5. Nikolas Tomsick (183-PG-1991) of Abejas - 23 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists
6. Christian Eyenga (198-SF-1989) of Lobos BUAP - 14 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists
7. Joshua Ibarra (211-C-1995) of Diablos - 15 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists
8. Andre Spight (191-G-1995) of Mineros - 22 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists
9. Manuel Hernandez (193-F/G-1991) of Correcaminos - 27 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists
10. Deshawndre Washington (201-G) of Halc.Rojos - 24 points and 9 rebounds
