Lithuanian Edgaras Zelionis (207-1989, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. It was a great shooting night for Soles especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Halcones Rojos' players. American players dominated the game. Daniel Hamilton (201-1995, college: UConn) scored 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Michael Watkins (206-1995, college: Penn State) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest. Five Soles players scored in double figures. Forward Kenneth Horton (201-1989, college: CCSU, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds and guard Deshawndre Washington (201, college: NM State) scored 19 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
