Best players of Mexican LMBPF round 11 (by Hoops Agents)

Experienced Cuban Yayma Boulet (193-C-1984) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's second-best Libelulas and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The 40-year old center had the game-high 25 points adding eight rebounds and four assists for Libelulas in her team's victory, helping them to outclass Las Avispas (#6, 4-6) with 41-point margin 85-44. Libelulas maintains the 2nd position in Mexican LMBPF. They are still close to the very top. Libelulas would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 10-2 record. In the team's last game Boulet had a remarkable 68.8% from 2-point range. She just recently signed at Libelulas, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Boulet has impressive league stats. She is in league's top in points (2nd best: 17.6ppg), rebounds (9th best: 7.4rpg) and averages solid 59.5% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was Yesica Vallejo of Toritas. Vallejo impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 16 points and 17 rebounds. Bad luck as Toritas lost that game 62-72 to the higher-ranked Univ. Modelo (#3, 7-3). Toritas is still second from the bottom in the standings. 8 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Toritas managed to get this year. Vallejo is one of the most experienced players at Toritas and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was American Veronica Preciado (174-SG-1997) of top-ranked Mieleras de Guanajuato. Preciado scored 27 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. She was a key player of Mieleras, leading her team to a 94-45 easy win against the lower-ranked Dragonas (#5, 4-6). Mieleras have amazing season winning all 12 games without a single defeat. Preciado turns to be one of the very best players in the league while she is also a leader of the top team having her eyes on the championship title. Preciado has a great season in Mexico. After 10 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 15.6ppg (5th best). She also has 2.2spg and and 3PT: 53.2%.
