Angeles de Ciudad de Mexico (CIBACOPA) strengthened their roster with addition of 27-year old American forward Daytone Jennings (206cm-93kg-1997, college: CSUSB, agency: SLN). He just played at Al Hilla in Iraqi Superleague. In 14 games he recorded very impressive stats: 23.9ppg, 11.5rpg, 1.6apg and 1.2spg last season. He also spent pre-season at Al Safa of Safwa (SBL) in Saudi Arabian league.
Jennings is quite experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in five different countries. He has played previously professionally in Finland, Iraq (Al Karkh), Saudi Arabia, Mexico (Caballeros de Culiacan and Ostioneros de Guaymas) and The Basketball Tournament (VBL Winner).
Jennings played in the final of Iraqi League in 2024.
He graduated from California State University San Bernardino in 2022 and it is his third season as a professional player. Jennings played also for Kilgore College for one year.
