Best players of Mexican LMBPF round 14

Experienced American Briahanna Jackson (168-G-1993, agency: Daggers Sports) had a great game in the last round for Mineras and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 14.
The 31-year old guard had the game-high 37 points adding six rebounds and three assists for Mineras in her team's victory, helping them to crush Huskys (#8, 2-12) with 18-point margin 73-55. Mineras maintains the 3rd position in Mexican LMBPF. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Mineras will need more victories to improve their 10-4 record. In the team's last game Jackson had a remarkable nine three-pointers out of 21 attempts. She turned to be Mineras' top player in her first season with the team. Briahanna Jackson averages this season 19.8ppg and 4.3apg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Colombian Juliana Osorio (1998) of Penguins. Osorio impressed basketball fans with 29 points, 2 rebounds and 2 assists. Of course Penguins cruised to a 79-72 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked Toritas (#7, 3-11). Despite this victory Penguins slide down in the standings to the very bottom. 12 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Penguins managed to get this year. Osorio is one of the most experienced players at Penguins and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was Zaira Aldama (178-F/C-1998) of Dragonas (#4). Aldama scored 21 points and grabbed 12 rebounds (!!!). She was a key player of Dragonas, leading her team to a 58-54 win against slightly lower-ranked Las Avispas (#6, 4-10). Aldama has a very solid season. In 14 games in Mexico she scored 13.1ppg. She also has 6.8rpg, a FGP of 54.9% and 3PT: 95.5%.
