Fuerza Regia welcomes back Hillsman

Khaalia Hillsman

Fuerza Regia Femenil (LNBPF) tabbed 28-year old American (has also Bulgarian passport) 196cm center Khaalia Hillsman (college: Texas A&M). It is actually her comeback to Monterrey as she has played here before. She played recently at Beijing Great Wall in Chinese WCBA. She managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). In 23 WCBA games she averaged impressive 17.1ppg, 8.0rpg and 1.1apg. Hillsman was also voted League Player of the Week. She also played for Besiktas JK Istanbul in Turkish league. The team played in three different competitions that year, and she was exposed to basketball on different levels. Hillsman also played 4 games in Turkish KBSL where she had 15.0ppg, 11.8rpg and 1.3apg. And finally she recorded 2 games in Euroleague where she got remarkable 27.0ppg, 7.5rpg and 1.0spg. Good season as she was also here selected League Player of the Week. She has been regularly called to the Bulgarian Senior National Team since 2024.
Hillsman is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball she experienced life in eight different countries playing on three different continents. She is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Hillsman has played previously professionally in China, Hungary (TFSE-MTK Budapest), Israel (Maccabi Ironi Ramat Gan and Maccabi Haifa), Poland (Poznan), Russia (Dynamo Moscow), Turkey (Izmit and Antalya), WNBA (Chicago Sky) and GWBA (Flint Lady Monarchs). Her team made it to the Europe final in 2025.
Among many awards she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Turkish KBSL Center of the Year in 2024.
She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2018 and it is her seventh season in pro basketball.
