Best players of Mexican LNBPF round 12 (by Hoops Agents)

American-Jamaican Morgan Green (175-G-1996) put on an amazing game in the last round for Fuerza Regia Femenil and that's her to receive a Hoops Agents LNBPF Player of the Week award for round 12.
The 28-year old guard got a double-double of 20 points and 10 assists, while her team beat Freseras (#5, 4-6) 92-84. Fuerza Regia maintains the 3rd position in Mexican LNBPF. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Fuerza Regia will need more victories to improve their 7-3 record. In the team's last game Green had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. She just recently signed at Fuerza Regia, being already a very valuable addition to the team. University of California - Irvine graduate has very impressive stats this year. Green is in league's top in assists (5th best: 5.0apg) and averages solid 55.3% FGP and 50.0% from behind 3-point line.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Mali center Mariam Coulibaly (192-C-1997) of second-ranked Panteras de Aguascalientes. Coulibaly impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds. Of course she led Panteras to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Abejas (#8, 1-9) 106-72. Panteras' second position in the standings has not changed. Her team lost just two games this season, while they won 8 matches. Coulibaly is one of the most experienced players at Panteras and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 14.9ppg (#9). She also registered 9.6 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was another Fuerza Regia's star - American Delicia Washington (178-G-1997). Washington showcased her all-around game by recording 21 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. She was another key player of Fuerza Regia Femenil, helping her team with a 92-84 win against slightly lower-ranked Freseras (#5, 4-6). Fuerza Regia needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 7 victories and 3 lost games. Washington has a great season in Mexico. After 10 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 16.5ppg (5th best) and assists with 4.6apg (6th best).
