Jairis welcome back Lopez-Senechal

Lou Lopez-Senechal

Hozono Global Jairis Murcia (LF Endesa) tabbed 27-year old French-Mexican 185cm guard Lou Lopez-Senechal (college: UConn) for new season. It is actually her comeback to Murcia as she has played here before. She played most recently at Dallas Wings (WNBA). She managed to play in three leagues in two countries last year (!!!). First she played at Hozono Global Jairis Murcia in Spanish LF Endesa where in 29 games she averaged 10.2ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.0apg. Lopez-Senechal helped them to win the cup. Good season as she was voted League Player of the Week. She also played 8 games in Eurocup where she had 11.0ppg, 2.8rpg and 1.6apg.
Two years ago Dallas Wings selected her as fifth overall pick in WNBA draft.
The former University of Connecticut star
Lopez-Senechal graduated her college in 2023 and is in her third season in pro basketball. She was a member of French Senior National Team two years ago.
Lopez-Senechal has played also professionally in Czech Republic (Zabiny Brno).
She was Big East All-Tournament Team in 2023. Lopez-Senechal played also for Fairfield University for 4 years.
