Connor Zinaich, 28-year old American forward from the Soles de Mexicali, picked up the Player of the Year at the Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico. He graduated from the Nova Southeastern five years ago. Zinaich received multiple other awards, was named the Defensive Player of the Year, Import Player of the Year, Forward of the Year, and was voted to the First Team, Imports Team and Defensive Team. He averaged almost 19 points per game in the league. Zinaich was the Player of the Week honoree 7 times during the 25 campaign. He led the CIBACOPA in rebounds per game with almost 10. Zinaich has totalled 16 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 2 games. He registered double-doubles in 18 games at the event. Zinaich's 30 points against Mazatlan were the most he scored in the 2025 season. As you can see the league is dominated by ex-college players where all 10 best scorers graduated U.S. schools. Terrell Brown, American guard from the Panteras de Aguascalientes, was voted the Guard of the Year of Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico. He Is the NM State alumni from 2020. Brown collected multiple other honors, was selected to the First Team and Imports Team and Defensive Team. He had almost 4 assists per game that season in the league. Brown received Player of the Week award three times during the 25 campaign. He led the CIBACOPA in points per game with over 23. Brown has totalled 29 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 11 games. His 48 points against Los Mochis were the most he scored in the 2025 season. All of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. He was also best scorer in the league last season while he had played for the Angeles when he scored almost 33 points per game. Teddy Allen, American guard from the finalist team the Tijuana Zonkeys, was chosen to the First Team at the Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico. He Is ex NM State from 2022. Allen received multiple other awards, was named to the Imports Team and Defensive Team. His best performance made his team reach the finals but they unfortunately lost against the Astros 3 to 4. Allen's consistent performance as a playmaker earned him the second ranked in points per game, showcasing average of over 20. He also logged over 5 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Allen has totalled 16 games of 20 or more points on the year and registered 30 or more points in 2 games. He notched double-doubles in 2 games at the event. Allen's 42 points against the Angeles were the most he scored in the 2025 season. All of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. Among many awards he was selected as the Lou Henson National Player of the Year Award Finalist back in 2022 during his college time. Allen was also selected to the NABC Division I All-District 6 First Team back in 2022. He was selected to the Eurobasket British BBL All-Imports Team in 2024. Allen was also selected to the USBasket.com All-CEBL Second Team in 2024. He was also best scorer in the league last season while he had played for the Saskatchewan when he scored almost 22 points per game. Will Yoakum, 26-year old American swingman from the runner-up team Angeles de Ciudad de Mexico, earned a spot in the First Team of Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico. He Is alumni of the Nova Southeastern from 2023. Yoakum was also voted to the Imports Team. He averaged almost 19 points and 5 rebounds per game in the league. Yoakum has totalled 19 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 2 games. He registered double-doubles in 2 games at the event. Yoakum's 33 points against the Obregon were the most he scored in the 2025 season. All of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges. Among many awards he was selected to the All-MEC First Team back in 2021. He was also selected to the MEC All-Tournament Team between 2020 and 2022. Jacob Calloway, 29-year old American power forward from the Panteras de Aguascalientes, was selected to the First Team at the Circuito de Baloncesto de la Costa del Pacifico. He graduated from the Southern Utah six years ago. Calloway was also chosen to the Imports Team. He had almost 17 points and 5 rebounds per game that season in the league. Calloway has totalled 13 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 2 games. His 35 points against Hermosillo were the most he scored in the 2025 season. Among many awards he was selected to the Latinbasket All-Colombian LPB Clausura First Team back in 2021.
