Freseros Irapuato (LNBP) have agreed to terms with Xavier Green, a 28-year-old American forward who stands at 198cm and weighs 91kg. Green, who played college basketball at Maryland, was most recently with Shell Shock in The Basketball Tournament in the U.S.
He has also played professionally in Finland (Nokia), Switzerland (Fribourg), and Norway (Kongsberg). Green played in the final of the Swiss League in 2025.
He won both Eurobasket.com All-Norwegian BLNO Player of the Year and Eurobasket.com All-Norwegian BLNO Import Player of the Year in 2023.
He graduated from the University of Maryland in 2022 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. Green also played for Old Dominion University for 5 years.
