White's 39-point game gives him LBE Player of the Week award

American Xavier White (203-SF) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Faraones de Nuevo Casas Grandes and receives a Hoops Agents LBE Player of the Week award for round 3.
He had the game-high 39 points adding seven rebounds and three assists for Faraones as his team lost the game against Soles (#4, 2-3) 108-118. Faraones maintains the 5th position in Mexican LBE. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 5 games and recorded just one victory. In the team's last game White had a remarkable 77.8% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He just recently signed at Faraones, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Midland College graduate has very impressive stats this year. White is league's best scorer averaging so far 28.8ppg. White is in league's top in rebounds (3rd best: 8.3rpg) and averages solid 53.4% FGP and 44.8% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Alejandro Villanueva-Lopez (199-SF-1993) of Indios de Juarez. He is international in his first season at Indios. In the last game Villanueva-Lopez recorded an impressive 35 points and 7 rebounds. Of course he led Ciudad to another comfortable win 115-99 over Faraones (1-5) being unquestionably team leader. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Villanueva-Lopez is one of the most experienced players at Indios and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Raphiael Putney (207-F/C-1990) of league's leader Chihuahua Dorados. Putney got into 30-points club by scoring 31 points in the last round. He went also for five rebounds . He was a key player of Dorados, leading his team to a 111-96 easy win against #3 ranked Indios in a game of the week. Dorados started extremely well this year. They recorded 6 victories without losing a single game. Putney turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Putney has a very solid season. In 6 games in Mexico he scored 17.7ppg. He also has 5.0rpg, 1.2bpg, a FGP of 54.8% and 3PT: 47.2%.
