Farmer graduated from Lee College in 2017. Despite his strong performance, his team the Halcones de Ciudad Obregon lost to the Toros 95 to 100. He also added 6 rebounds that evening. Farmer is the best scorer in the league averaging almost 21 points and almost 7 rebounds per game. Among many awards he won the Dominican Republic TBS championship title in 2025.
