American Veronica Preciado (174-1997, college: CMU) scored 23 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Adriana Chavez (170, college: St.Thomas, TX) chipped in 19 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Paola Velazquez with 23 points. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
