Rector graduated from Utah State University in 2017. His excellent performance made his team the Tijuana Zonkeys beat the Toros 91 to 78. Among many awards he played in the final of the UAE League in 2020. Rector was selected to the AsiaBasket Saudi Arabian SBL All Imports Team in2018 and 2022.
