Yayma Boulet, 41-year old Cuban center from the finalist team Dragonas, was selected as the Player of the Year at the Liga Mexicana de Baloncesto Profesional Feminil. She received multiple other awards, was honored as the Defensive Player of the Year, Center of the Year and was named to the First Team. Boulet's best performance made her team reach the final but they lost against the Mineras 57 to 67. She previously earned the Center of the Year three times, and voted to the First Team three times in the past and Second Team back in 2022. Boulet was the Player of the Week honoree twice during the 26 campaign. She led the LMBPF in points per game with over 21 and rebounds per game with almost 10. Boulet has totalled 5 games of 20 or more points and recorded double-doubles in 3 games on the year. Her 36 points against the Mieleras were the most she scored in the 2026 season. The standout guard Adriana Chavez picked up the Finals MVP of the championship-winning Mineras. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas, TX four years ago. Chavez was also selected to the First Team. With Chavez's excellent performance, the Mineras achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 10 to 2 in the regular season. Her excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Dragonas 67 to 57 in the final. Chavez received Player of the Week award in the league. Her court vision propelled her to the third spot in rebounds per game an outstanding average of over 7. Chavez also averaged almost 12 points per game in the league. She registered double-doubles in 2 games at the event. Chavez's 24 points against the Mieleras were the most she scored in the 2026 season. The standout point guard Abdi Xicotencatl was named the Guard of the Year of the championship-winning Mineras. She was also chosen to the First Team. Xicotencatl's excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Dragonas 67 to 57 in the final. Her playmaking prowess was on full display as she secured the fourth position in points per game averaging over 12. Xicotencatl led the LMBPF in assists per game with almost 5. Her 19 points against the Dragonas were the most she scored in the 2026 season. Xicotencatl's team won the Mexican LNBPF Regular Season in 2025. The standout guard Paola Estrada was named to the First Team of the championship-winning Mineras. Her excellent performance assisted her team in beating the Dragonas 67 to 57 in the final. Estrada was previously named to Honorable Mention back in 2019 and 2021, Guard of the Year back in 2022, Domestic Player of the Year and earned a spot in the First Team back in 2022 and 2024. She had over 8 points and 9 rebounds per game that season in the league. Estrada recorded double-doubles in 2 games at the event. Her 17 points against the Toritas were the most she scored in the 2026 season. Among many awards she was selected as the Latinbasket All-Mexican LMBPF Domestic Player of the Year between 2022 and 2024. She was also selected to the Latinbasket Mexican LMBPF All-Domestic Players Team between 2022 and 2024. Estrada was selected as the Latinbasket All-Mexican LMBPF Honorable Mention between 2019 and 2021. Paola Velazquez, from the Dragonas, was voted to the First Team of Liga Mexicana de Baloncesto Profesional Feminil. Her best performance made her team reach the final but they were defeated by the Mineras 57 to 67. Velazquez's masterful distribution skills earned her the second spot in points per game with an impressive average of 14. She also logged over 5 rebounds per game over the season in the league. Velazquez's 24 points against the Toritas were the most she scored in the 2026 season. Among many awards she was selected to the Latinbasket All-Mexican All-Domestic Players Team in 2025. She was also selected to the Latinbasket All-Mexican Second Team in 2025.
