Mosqueda-Lewis' 32-point game gives her LNBPF Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

32-year old American forward Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis (180-F-1993) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's best team Panteras de Aguascalientes and receives a Hoops Agents LNBPF Player of the Week award for round 5.
She had the game-high 32 points adding six rebounds and two assists for Panteras in her team's victory, helping them to beat Correcaminos (#5, 2-8) 84-78. It allowed Panteras to consolidate first place in the Mexican league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Panteras keeps a perfect 11-0 record. In the team's last game Mosqueda-Lewis had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range and got six three-pointers out of 14 attempts. She just recently signed at Panteras, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis averages this season 19.3ppg and 6.3rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Selena Lott (180-G-1999) of Freseras Irapuato. She is American guard in her first season at Freseras. In the last game Lott recorded an impressive 23 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. It was enough for Freseras to edge slightly lower-ranked Santas (#8, 1-9) by 6 points 98-92. Freseras' 6th position in the standings has not changed. 8 lost games are too many comparing to just two victories Freseras managed to get this year. Third place about best performers goes to another Freseras' star - center Da'Jah Daniel (193-C-1998). Daniel scored 17 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. She was another key player of Freseras Irapuato, helping her team with a 98-92 win against slightly lower-ranked Santas (#8, 1-9). Freseras can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 2-8 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Daniel has individually a great season in Mexico. After only 8 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 6.5rpg (8th best). She also has 1.5bpg and a FGP of 69.1%.
