Quinn's 26 points and 7 rebounds give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

28-year old American center Dakota Quinn (206-C-1997) put on an amazing game in the last round for Venados de Mazatlan and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 27.
He had the game-high 26 points adding seven rebounds and five assists for Mazatlan in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Los Mochis (#8, 18-22) 110-107. Venados maintains the 11th position in Mexican league. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked at the very bottom. They already lost 31 games and recorded just nine victories. In the team's last game Quinn had a remarkable 72.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Venados, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Dakota Quinn averages this season 11.6ppg and 5.8rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Devonte Bandoo (190-G-1996). He is Canadian guard in his first season at Mazatlan. In the last game Bandoo recorded an impressive 27 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists. It was enough for Venados de Mazatlan to edge the higher-ranked Los Mochis (#8, 18-22) by 3 points 110-107. Despite this victory they still are dead at the bottom. 31 lost games are too many comparing to just nine victories Mazatlan managed to get this year. Bandoo is one of the most experienced players at Venados and similarly like Dakota Quinn has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Jared Wilson-Frame (196-SG-1996) of Pioneros de Los Mochis (#8). Wilson-Frame got into 30-points club by scoring exactly 30 points in the last round. He went also for seven assists. Despite Wilson-Frame's great performance the Pioneros Los Mochis lost 106-111 to the higher-ranked Astros (#1, 38-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Los Mochis ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 22 games, recording just eighteen victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Wilson-Frame could help Los Mochis to bring them higher in the standings. Wilson-Frame has a great season in Mexico. After 39 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.6ppg (9th best). He also has a FGP of 53.8% and 3PT: 42.8%.
