LSB Round 20 (Regular Season): Costa Caribe defeats Flecheros

The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Flecheros (9-2) in Managua on Monday night. Visitors were defeated by sixth ranked Costa Caribe (5-5) 84-72. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Flecheros. Costa Caribe moved-up to fifth place. Flecheros at the other side still keep top position with two games lost.

In the last two games of round 20 UNI was beaten by Rivas on the road 86-75. Tiburones won against UNAN Leon on its own court 83-73.

They maintain fourth position with 7-4 record. UNI lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with six games lost. They share the position with Tiburones.

Tiburones - UNAN Leon 83-73:
Rather expected game when 10th ranked UNAN Leon (3-8) lost on the road to eighth ranked Tiburones (5-6) 83-73 on Monday. Tiburones moved-up to sixth place, which they share with UNI. Loser UNAN Leon keeps the tenth position with eight games lost.
