LSB Round 8: Costa Caribe is defeated by Leones in a derby game

Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most interesting game was a derby match between two local teams from Managua: Leones (#3) and Costa Caribe (#6). Costa Caribe was defeated at home 76-90 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Worth to mention a great performance of Puerto Rican guard Jorge Matos (185-92) who helped to win the game recording 33 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds and American swingman Jonathan Ocasio (203-92, college: New Haven, agency: Paris Global Sports) who added 23 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. American forward Tyquan Scott (201, college: Herkimer County) responded with 26 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Leones (5-2) moved-up to second place, which they share with Jinotega. Costa Caribe at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost.
