Marcus Faison is the new import for Chinandega

American combo guard Marcus Faison (196-SG-94, college: Salem St.) is the third import for Chinandega who are fighting to move up on the standings, he can provide more scoring and rebounding to a team that needs exactly that.

He is coming from an outstanding season with Santa Tecla BC in El Salvador Professional League where he posted 20.0ppg, Reb-5 (16.0rpg), 3.0apg and came as a runner up at that league.

He has also played two seasons at El Salvador in 2019 with Halcones de Sonzacate where he played 21 games Score-4 (25.4ppg), 14.0rpg, 2.3apg, 2.0spg, FGP: 52.7%, 3PT: 29.0%, FT: 54.4% and then the same year he played with Brujos Izalco where he played 15 games 21.0ppg, 10.5rpg, 2.8apg, 1.2bpg, FGP-2 (64.6%), 3PT: 33.0%, FT: 51.9.

His college numbers were good in his senior year with Salem State College NCAA3 in 28 games 15.6ppg, 11.2rpg, 1.0apg, FGP: 50.6%, 3PT: 21.7%, FT: 62.4%.
