The game with biggest difference of round 19 was host Rivas' (#7) victory at home over 4th placed Costa Caribe (9-7) 76-67 on Sunday evening. Rivas forced 23 Costa Caribe turnovers. American guard B.J. Glasford (193-95, college: Stetson, agency: Green Sports Management) fired a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners. His fellow American import Quentin Davis (199, college: Mendocino CC) chipped in 13 points and 20 rebounds. Cuban point guard Osmel Oliva (180-87) produced 27 points, 6 assists and 6 steals for lost side. Rivas maintains seventh place with 8-11 record. Costa Caribe at the other side keeps the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Leones.

Bottom-ranked Chinandega managed to get the second consecutive victory. This time they edged fifth-ranked Leones 90-89. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Leones. Chinandega players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American Marcus Faison (196-94, college: Salem St.) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import center Marc Montavious (206-90, college: Georgetown, KY) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Puerto Rican Xavier Zambrana (193-91) answered with a double-double by scoring 29 points and 21 rebounds and Puerto Rican guard Jorge Matos (185-92) added 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Leones. Four Leones players scored in double figures. Chinandega maintains ninth place with 4-14 record. Leones at the other side dropped to the fourth position with seven games lost. They share it with Costa Caribe.
