The Regular Season in LSB just started. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Indigenas on the court of Real Esteli on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Real Esteli 97-46. Real Esteli forced 23 Indigenas turnovers and outrebounded them 55-35 including a 39-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. Real Esteli looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Indigenas' players. American forward Glen Rice Jr. (198-91, college: Georgia Tech) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Panamanian Josimar Ayarza (205-87, college: Southern Miss) chipped in 24 points and 6 rebounds. At the losing side Puerto Rican point guard Christian Lopez (183-95) responded with 22 points and 4 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
Very significant was Brumas' 43-point road victory against Tigres 108-65. American Timothy Simmons (195-92, college: DBU) nailed 17 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winning side and Dalton Cacho accounted for 16 points and 10 rebounds. Jose Ortiz came up with 16 points and 8 rebounds for Tigres in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
Quite upsetting was Cacique D.'s home defeat in a game versus Leones MGA who edged hosts 76-75. Cacique D. was very close to get their first win. But it seems they have to wait a little bit longer. Andre Coimbra fired 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Scott Sill produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds for lost side. Cacique D.'s coach Luis Morales tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
