Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

Real Esteli smashed Rivas at home 97-76. Real Esteli made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Real Esteli outrebounded Rivas 47-35 including a 35-21 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for Panamanian Josimar Ayarza (205-87, college: Southern Miss) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 11 rebounds. Cuban Lisvan Valdez (196-88) contributed with 24 points and 7 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winners. American center BJ Glasford (196-95, college: Stetson, agency: Green Sports Management) answered with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for Rivas. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Rivas will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest in order to get back on the winning path. Real Esteli will try to continue on its current victory against Brumas in Jinotega.

In the last game of round 3 winless Tigres lost to undefeated Ingenieria on the road 74-86.

No shocking result in a game when Ingenieria (2-0) beat at home Tigres (0-2) 86-74 on Thursday. Ingenieria looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Ingenieria made 8 blocks. It was a good game for forward Osmel Olivas who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists. Forward Ronald Lawton contributed with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Ingenieria players scored in double figures. Cuban Yosniel Morales (196-87) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 23 rebounds and Jose Ortiz added 27 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Tigres. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ingenieria's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in to the arena .
