Jaguares UAM inks Narlyn Mosquera

Jaguares UAM (LSBF) agreed terms with 32-year old Colombian international center Narlyn Mosquera (197cm-1989). Mosquera played last season at Penza in Kosovan Superliga. In 13 games she had 11.1ppg and 5.9rpg. She helped them to win the League title despite they ended the regular season at the second place. 2021-22 was a great year as she was named to Eurobasket.com All-Kosovo League Second Team. Mosquera also played 7 games in Liga Unike where she recorded very impressive stats: 19.7ppg, 10.9rpg, 1.7apg and 1.3spg. She contributed to her team winning the regular season and make it to the final. 2021-22 was a great year as she was named to Eurobasket.com All-Liga Unike Honorable Mention.
she was voted Latinbasket.com All-Chilean Liga Femenina Player of the Year back in 2016 and 2018.
The previous (2021) summer she played at Mexcaltecas in Mexican LMBPF. In 14 games she averaged 10.2ppg, 7.7rpg, 2.5apg and 1.4spg in 2021 year. 2021-21 was a great season as she was named to Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LMBPF Honorable Mention.
Mosquera also represented Colombia at the Panamerican Games in Lima (Peru) three years ago. Her team got to the Semifinals and her stats at that event were 4 games: 11.8ppg, Reb-2 (9.8rpg), 1.3apg, 1.0spg, FGP: 36.0%, FT: 73.3%.
She is quite experienced player. Mosquera has played also professionally in Chile (Gimnastico, Sportiva Italiana and CD Esc. Alemana Paillaco), Greece (Zografou), Portugal (Boa Viagem), Spain (Arxil) and Colombia (Leonas).
