Caribbean Coast looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Jorge Gonzalez fired 26 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Puerto Rican guard Luis Lopez (182-1998, college: PR-Mayaguez) chipped in 21 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. Dominican center Jose Familia (201-1998) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 17 rebounds and Dominican Xavier de la Rosa (196-1991) added 21 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side.
