Brumas de Jinotega (LSB) strengthened their roster with addition of 31-year old Cuban shooting guard Alejandro Alvarez (195cm-85kg-1992, agency: BIG). Alvarez played this summer at San Simon in Bolivian Libobasquet. In only one game just recently he recorded 7 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals.
He is quite experienced player. Alvarez has played also professionally in Argentina (Colon Santa Fe), Bolivia (Penarol and Rubair), Cuba (Capitalinos) and El Salvador (Metapan).
He played in the final of Bolivian LNB in 2022.
