Best players of Nicaraguan LSB round 25

American Tyler Morman (206-F-1997) had a very impressive game in the last round for UNI Basket and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 25.
The 26-year old forward had a double-double of 20 points and eighteen rebounds, while his team beat Rivas (#10, 2-19) 92-84. UNI Basket maintains the 7th position in Nicaraguan LSB. The season is in a full swing, so it's only a dream for the team to make it into top half of the standings. For contrary they may face relegation if the situation turns from bad to worse. UNI Basket have already lost 15 games and recorded just six victories. Morman turned to be UNI Basket's top player in his first season with the team. University of Southern Mississippi graduate has very impressive stats this year. Morman is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 13.7rpg) and averages solid 1.2bpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American power forward Justin Jackson (203-PF-1990, agency: AG Sports Solutions) of Jaguares. Jackson impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 28 points and 12 rebounds. Bad luck as Jaguares lost that game 71-80 to slightly higher-ranked Leones (#4, 15-7). Jaguares managed to keep the same 6th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 10-12 record. Jackson is a newcomer at Jaguares and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was another UNI Basket's star - American Jayson Brower (195-F-1996). Brower showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, ten rebounds and five assists in the last round. He was another key player of UNI Basket, helping his team with a 92-84 win against the lower-ranked Rivas (#10, 2-19). UNI Basket can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 6-15 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Brower has a very solid season. In 19 games in Nicaragua he scored 16.8ppg.
