Caribbean Coast outrebounded UNI Basket 51-25 including a 32-15 advantage in offensive rebounds. Caribbean Coast looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Swingman Jorge Gonzalez (198-1995) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 assists. The former international forward Troy Andrews (196-2000) contributed with 10 points and 17 rebounds for the winners. American-Puerto Rican guard Robert Nieves (186-1999, college: Graceland) answered with 25 points and 5 assists for UNI Basket. Caribbean Coast have an impressive series of fourteen victories in a row. They maintain first place with 21-4 record. UNI Basket lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with 18 games lost. Caribbean Coast will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
