Best players of Nicaraguan LSB round 1

Dominican Rep. Jose Familia (201-C-1998) had an amazing evening in the last round for UNAN de Leon and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1.
The 26-year old center had a double-double of 19 points and 17 rebounds, while his team crushed Brumas (#6, 1-2) with 18-point margin 89-71. UNAN de is placed at 5th position in Nicaraguan LSB. UNAN de is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 1-1 record. In the team's last game Familia had a remarkable three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He has many years of experience at UNAN de, through which he has constantly improved. Familia has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (9th best: 17.5ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 16.5rpg) and averages solid 53.3% FGP and 50.0% from behind 3-point line.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young international guard David Toruno (G-1992) of Indigenas de Matagalpa.
