The game between Top Four teams took place in Managua. Second-best host Costa Caribe (10-4) lost to third ranked Brumas (10-3) 89-74. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Costa Caribe. Brumas made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Puerto Rican Antonio Gordon (206-2001, college: Oklah.Christian) who helped to win the game recording 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American Glenn Sanabria (180-1996, college: SFC) who added 22 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was Puerto Rican power forward Owens Perez (206-1992) with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Brumas have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 10-3 record having just two points less than leader Jaguares. Defending champion Costa Caribe dropped to the fourth place with four games lost.
LSB top team - Jaguares (12-1) added another victory to their record. This time they beat fifth ranked Real Esteli (6-8) in Managua 74-69. The winners were led by American Milik Yarbrough (198-1995, college: Illinois St.) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and James Jones supported him with 13 points and 6 assists. Jaguares' coach used entire bench in such tough game. Even a double-double of 13 points and 11 rebounds by the former international center Bartel Lopez (213-1989) did not help to save the game for Real Esteli. Jaguares have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 12-1 record. Real Esteli lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with eight games lost.
The game in Matagalpa was also quite interesting. Seventh ranked Leones (4-10) played at the court of 8th ranked Indigenas (2-12). Leones defeated Indigenas 103-91 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Deondre Wade who had a double-double by scoring 29 points and 12 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Dean Tylan who recorded 27 points and 7 rebounds. Leones maintains seventh position with 4-10 record. Indigenas lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with UNI Basket.

In the last game of round 12 UNAN de won against Real Esteli on the opponent's court 72-60.

The winners were led by American Milik Yarbrough (198-1995, college: Illinois St.) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import forward James Jones (193-1997, college: Coastal) supported him with 13 points and 6 assists. Jaguares' coach used entire bench in such tough game. Rather expected game when 5th ranked Real Esteli (6-8) was defeated at home by third ranked UNAN de (11-3) 72-60 on Sunday. UNAN de dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Real Esteli's 24. UNAN de looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was Dominican center Jose Familia (201-1998) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 16 rebounds.
