SPB 2025 - Pioneros sign Jeff Allen, ex Jaguares

Pioneros Del Avila (SPB) signed experienced 37-year old American power forward Jeff Allen (201cm-104kg-1987, college: Virginia Tech) for upcoming 2025 season. Allen just played at Jaguares in Nicaraguan TBN league.
He is quite experienced player. Allen has played in seven different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Latin America and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in China (Allenbei), Cyprus (Apollon), Dominican Republic (San Carlos, Cupes, Caneros, Metros and Dosa), France (Olympique Antibes), Hungary (Kaposvari), Israel (Hapoel Tel Aviv, Hapoel Beer Sheva, Afula and Hapoel Haifa) and Lithuania (Siauliai). He played in the final of Israeli National League in 2014 and 2017.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Cyprus League Newcomer of the Year back in 2021.
Allen graduated from Virginia Tech University in 2011 and it will be his 14th (!!!) season as a professional player.
