We should mention about the upset which took place in Matagalpa, where higher ranked UNAN de (6-5) lost to seventeenth ranked Indigenas (4-7) in a road game 88-105 on Saturday. Indigenas moved-up to sixteenth place, which they share with Real Esteli. Loser UNAN de M. keeps the eighth position with five games lost. They share it with Leones. Indigenas will meet higher ranked Bonanza (#7) in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. They moved-up to third place. Hurricane lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighteenth position with nine games lost. They share it with Jass. Tipitapa will meet at home league's leader Tigres in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Hurricane will play against Leon (#21) and hope to secure a win.

Americas 2 - Jass 67-58

No shocking result in a game in Managua where fourteenth ranked Americas 2 (4-6) defeated 19th ranked Jass (2-9) 67-58 on Saturday. Americas 2 have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Sebaco and La Libertad. Loser Jass dropped to the eighteenth position with nine games lost. They share it with Hurricane. Americas 2 will meet Real Esteli (#17) on the road in the next round. Jass will play against La Libertad and hope to secure a win.

La Libertad - UAM Univ. 77-74
