Bottom-ranked Nicaragua U16 (0-11) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 119-37 loss to fifth ranked Brumas (10-4) in Managua on Sunday evening. Brumas moved-up to fourth place. Nicaragua U16 lost their eleventh game in a row. They still close the standings with 11 games lost.

Sebaco was defeated by Bonanza in Puerto Cabezas 70-66. Jaguares smashed La Libertad at home 118-50. Sur Rivas were destroyed by Tipitapa on the opponent's court 93-70. UNAN de managed to outperform Americas 2 in a home game 48-44. Hurricane rolled over Jass on the road 78-36.



Nicaragua U16 - Brumas 37-119

Bottom-ranked Nicaragua U16 (0-11) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 119-37 loss to fifth ranked Brumas (10-4) in Managua on Sunday evening. Brumas moved-up to fourth place. Nicaragua U16 lost their eleventh game in a row. They still close the standings with 11 games lost.

Bonanza - Sebaco 70-66

There was no surprise in Puerto Cabezas where 14th ranked Sebaco (5-7) was defeated by eighth ranked Bonanza (8-2) 70-66 on Sunday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Bonanza. They maintain eighth place with 8-2 record. Loser Sebaco dropped to the thirteenth position with seven games lost. They share it with Americas 2.

Jaguares - La Libertad 118-50

No shocking result in a game in Managua where sixth ranked Jaguares (9-2) smashed 9th ranked La Libertad (6-7) 118-50 on Sunday. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Jaguares. They moved-up to fifth place. Loser La Libertad dropped to the eleventh position with seven games lost. They share it with Academia PLAV.

Tipitapa - Sur Rivas 93-70
