Real Esteli (LSB) added to their roster experienced 34-year old Puerto Rican ex-international guard Jezreel De Jesus (185cm-82kg-1991). It is actually his comeback to Esteli as he has played here before. De Jesus played this summer at Leones de Ponce in Puerto Rican BSN league. In 48 games just recently he recorded very impressive stats: 16.8ppg, 3.7rpg and 3.5apg. He helped them to make it to the Puerto Rican League final. Quite impressive season as he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Puerto Rican League Honorable Mention and All-Domestic Players Team. De Jesus was a member of Puerto Rican Senior National Team between 2015 and 2022.
He is quite experienced player. De Jesus has played also professionally in Argentina (Atenas and Salta Basket), Colombia (Fast Break and Hurricanes), Mexico (Fuerza Regia, Panteras and Santos), Qatar (Al Wakrah), Venezuela (Guaiqueries and Gladiadores), Puerto Rico (Atleticos, Santeros, Capitanes, Criollos and Indios) and Dominican Republic (Caneros). He won Nicaraguan LSB championship title in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was selected Latinbasket.com All-Basketball Champions League Americas Guard of the Year back in 2021.
