Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Real Esteli (5-2) in Managua on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by third ranked Jaguares (4-3) 79-69. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Real Esteli. They outrebounded Real Esteli 53-37 including 37 on the offensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by Real Esteli helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds. American forward Mariah Miller (182-1998, college: CSU) contributed with 13 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Honduran guard Nelly Rapalo (173-1999) replied with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists for Real Esteli. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains third position with 4-3 record behind leader Real Esteli. Real Esteli at the other side still keeps top place with two games lost. Jaguares' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Real Esteli have a solid three-game winning streak.
