Real Esteli - Jaguares 97-81

Real Esteli made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Real Esteli outrebounded Jaguares 45-34 including 32 on the offensive glass. Real Esteli looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international Jared Ruiz (188-1992) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Jerry Jefferson contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 19 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Real Esteli players scored in double figures. Puerto Rican guard Luis Lopez (182-1998, college: PR-Mayaguez) replied with 25 points and 4 assists and U.S. Virgin Islands-Puerto Rican forward Ivan Aska (201-1990, college: Murray St., agency: 011 Sports) added 18 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Jaguares. Four Flecheros players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international Jared Ruiz (188-1992) responded with 20 points and 6 rebounds and American-Puerto Rican Wilfredo Rodriguez (198-1994, college: Binghamton) scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Brumas' coach rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
