29-year old American forward Kelvin Rivera (168-F-1996) had a very impressive game in the last round for Sebaco and receives a Hoops Agents TBN Player of the Week award for round 15.
He had the game-high 19 points adding seven rebounds and nine assists for Sebaco in his team's victory, helping them to beat San Isidro (#17, 3-10) 79-67. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Sebaco maintains the 11th position in Nicaraguan TBN. Sebaco is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 6-6 record. In the team's last game Rivera had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Sebaco, being already a very valuable addition to the team. The State University of N.Jersey Rutgers-Camden graduate has very impressive stats this year. Rivera is in league's top in assists (5th best: 5.5apg) and averages solid 56.5% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Sidney Castaneda of San Isidro. He is a in his first season at San Isidro. In the last game Castaneda recorded an impressive double-double of 17 points and 24 rebounds. Bad luck as San Isidro lost that game 67-79 to the higher-ranked Sebaco (#11, 6-6). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. San Isidro keeps 17th position. 10 lost games are too many comparing to just three victories San Isidro managed to get this year. Castaneda is one of the most experienced players at San Isidro and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 17.5ppg (#8). He also registered 16.8 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to Fabio Cardoza of La Trinidad (#8). Cardoza showcased his all-around game by recording 10 points, 18 rebounds (!!!) and 5 assists in the last round. He was a key player of La Trinidad, leading his team to a 78-64 easy win against the lower-ranked UNAN de M. (#18, 3-10). La Trinidad needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 8 victories and 6 lost games. Cardoza has a great season in Nicaragua. After 14 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.2rpg (5th best).

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
