Daniel Giron inks with Soles de Ojinaga

Panamanian shooting guard Daniel Giron (193-G-89) inked with Soles de Ojinaga in the Chihuahua League in Mexico after a long season with Capitanes Ciudad de Mexico who were eliminated in the LNB playoffs a week ago, he posted good numbers with Capitanes Ciudad de Mexico 36 games, 20.1 minutes, 7.3 points per game with a 38% 3 point average with 2.6 rebounds per game and 1.7 assist per game.

He will provide good perimeter shooting, slashing thru the defense and solid defense all around the perimeter. He played the last two years with Capitanes Ciudad de Mexico in the LNB league and last year he played with Ostioneros de Guaymas in the Cibacopa league in Mexico.

He is in the list of players that will be expected to play in the Americup next month with team Panama against Paraguay at home. His older bother Gabriel still playing with team Mexico as his younger brother as well.
