CJ Rodriguez returns to the LNBP

Panamanian Point Guard CJ Rodriguez (188-G-94, college: S.Nazarene) inks with Mineros de Zacatecas in Mexico, that will be his second year in this league, he played with Capitanes Ciudad de Mexico last season for a couple of games replacing Rigoberto Mendoza who got injured.

He posted in seven games 10.1 points per game with 50% field goal and 41.7% from beyond the arc with 2.1 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game helping Capitanes Ciudad de Mexico get position before the playoffs.

He also been playing with the Panamanian national team in the Americup 2020 with 4.0 points per game with 4.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game while shooting 6 of 7 from the free throw line.
